Our lawyers have experience representing interested parties and commissions of inquiry in the investigation and adjudication of matters in the public interest. We have acted for physicians in several coroner’s inquests before juries tasked with investigating, adjudicating and making recommendations following the deaths of persons in custody. Our lawyers have also acted as commission counsel to the Ottawa Light Rail Transit Public Inquiry conducted pursuant to the Public Inquiries Act, 2009, which provided recommendations to the Government of Ontario.
